![]() ![]() In the meantime, I captured video of SugarHouse General Manager Wendy Hamilton and Gibsons Managing Partner Patrick Houlihan making the announcement on the waterfront patio at SugarHouse last Wednesday, September 2nd. We’re excited they chose to open in Philadelphia and highly anticipate the official debut of Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House at the SugarHouse Casino. It’s as good as it sounds, trust us.īased on our tasting at the casino that day, this will be a welcome, if not overdue, addition to the local restaurant scene. Of particular interest will be the exclusive “Philly Cut” steak that will only be offered at the new SugarHouse location it is a 12-ounce rib eye cap, topped with smoked provolone, crispy shallots and fried herbs. They will offer a delicious menu featuring succulent steaks, choice chops, superior seafood, fresh fish, amazing appetizers, savory side dishes and delectable desserts. This will be their first restaurant in Philadelphia, second in a casino.
